Dubai: UAE federal government entities can now purchase products from LuLu Hypermarket at exclusive discounted rates, following a new agreement between the Ministry of Finance and LuLu Group.
The partnership integrates LuLu’s online store with the federal government’s digital procurement platform through a “Punch Out” feature.
This allows government users to access LuLu’s e-catalogue, select products, and complete transactions within the official system.
The initiative aims to streamline procurement processes, cut timelines, and improve cost efficiency. According to the Ministry, the new system can reduce procurement cycles from up to 60 days to just minutes.
The Federal Catalogue currently features over 120,000 items in 35 categories from more than 400 suppliers.
The agreement supports the Ministry’s strategy to digitize government operations and enhance public sector procurement in line with federal regulations.
